Cassandra Hart (b. 1995, United States) is receiving a B.F.A. in painting and minor in ceramics from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Savannah, GA. in the spring of 2017. She has exhibited her work in several group exhibitions including con struere in Savannah GA. Hart’s work focuses on exploring themes of ethereal beauty, minimalism, and mystique. Drawing upon her experiences of the ephemeral within nature Hart creates works not limited to traditional methods, with paintings bordering on installation as they move and breathe within the space. Her studio practice utilizes a variety of mediums including acrylics, watercolors, inks and collage techniques. Hart currently lives and works in Savannah, GA and is planning to relocate to the Atlanta GA area fall of 2017.
